West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Perfect! Just as shown in photos!

Picture is beautiful! Looks just like my dog.

I was initially dissatisfied with the way that my pet was portrayed in the portrait that I received. West & Willow worked tirelessly to rework the image and sent me multiple proofs until I was thrilled with the product. Excellent customer service! I am definitely a satisfied customer!

I am FLOORED by the outcome of my picture! I was hesitant about buying at first because I wasn’t able to see a preview, but after looking at other customer reviews, I went for it as a gift. The final product is above and beyond what I had hoped for. Thank you so much for the amazing work!!

This is the 3rd time I’ve used your website to send gifts to friends and family. Simple and easy to use. And everyone loves and cherishes the portraits. Thank you!

Really easy to use site, fast and easy.

Original package was lost in the mail. Was helped and sent my package again !
