Amazing portrait of our dog that recently passed!

I was not satisfied with the first image/products I received. I have ordered a portrait of the same pet from W&W before and the coloring looked completely different than what I received this time. I contacted customer support, explained why I was unhappy, and sent a side by side image of the 2 pet portraits (previous order & new order). They took a few days to get back to me but once they did they were exceptional. Very apologetic and empathetic to the situation and eager to make it right. Within a couple days I received an edited image that blew me away- so beautiful and more true to how my dog actually looks. They are re-making the products now to re-send. I can't explain how much this means to me. This portrait is a birthday gift for my boyfriend of our 12 year old dog Copper who was recently diagnosed with cancer for the 2nd time. So it is very special and something I know he will cherish for years.

Our kitty Leo is not much of an early riser. But now with our new West & Willow mugs we all share morning coffee together!
