West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Straight forward and easy to use platform.....looking forward to seeing the finished product!!

The USPS/UPS carriers returned my portrait to sender saying the address was incorrect, but it wasn’t . I also didn’t get my digital download. My issues were addressed and corrected quickly. Very helpful. Waiting on my replacement order now.

I love West & Willow’s products! Just bought my 2nd pup portrait. Their customer service is top-notch! Thank you W&W.

Have a picture already and love it so did not hesitate to do another, easy to use website and efficient service.

Absolutely in love with my pet portrait and had a great experience with customer service! I made a mistake with my order and emailed them and they replied quickly and immediately fixed the order. Highly recommend!

Just as easy this time as it has been before! Keep up the great work!

Absolutely beautiful!! Capture my dogs perfectly

This is such a nice gift. I bought it for a friend whose dog passed and it was really touching and a great way to memorialize her. The quality was great and we had zero issues with the service.
