This is a wonderful piece of art and I will cherish it forever. My only issue is the names above each dog were for the opposite dog. Not a huge deal for my experience hence the rating. Thank you!

EDIT: 10/13 After leaving my initial review, I was contacted by customer service. They were able to get me my order and stayed in touch through the process. The product is just as I hoped. Aside from the difficulty getting in touch with someone after the shipping issue, the rest of the process was fine. My order “shipped” approximately 9 days ago, although the carrier has yet to receive it. Normally this would be fine, as things happen, though the issue is the customer service. I have been attempting to contact them for a week and have been unable to speak to a person - instead getting automated messages with my tracking number (which, by the way, I already know). The company has some amazing reviews and I look forward to seeing my portrait, but I’m worried that will not happen as I cannot reach anyone to troubleshoot.

Love the picture and speed of the shipment. I purchased the digital copy and do not know how to find/ open. Lastly, the quality of the frame was not really what I expected but still cute nonetheless.

Order process was easy. I keep receiving emails and apparently cannot view it until I complete this review However I haven't received my purchase yet.

Finally received my order. Basically two months. But WOW - it is fantastic. Only reason for 4 stars is the amount of time it took and the number of emails checking on it.

The portraits of my dogs are amazing. The level of detail is amazing and perfect. The only issue I have is the switched the names of the dogs on the print. I did a 2 dog print and the name above the dog on the left is actually the dog on the right and vice versa. Not the end of the world as I know which dog is which but I wish it was the other way around. Without proofs or the ability to return it is what it is but I would still recommend.

It was good. The only hiccup is that you cannot receive a preview and know if your picture is good enough when you download it.

Hi Myriam, Thank you for your feedback! We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations.
