The artist did a great job capturing the photo I submitted I’m rating 3 stars because they printed the name wrong. I never received an email to proof the art. I checked my order and it was correct on my end. The frame looked like someone had attempted to repair scratches. Rather than a completely new frame. For $112 I’d also expect the box it was delivered in to be a bit more secure to prevent potential damages. I do appreciate the quick action to correct the name printing issue.

The overall ordering experience was exceptionally easy. I rated it a 3 because there is no place to check order status once your order has been placed. If this does exist, it does not show up in the confirmation email or when you search the site for “order status”. Would happily update my rating if there is a process to check without having to email someone. I have not received more order yet and cannot comment on the quality, etc.

Online store said free shipping over $100. My $130 order still had shipping at $20 added.

I have placed my order and still waiting to hear back on how it is going and when it will be shipped. Really hopeful that the portrait turns out.

I wish I could adequately review my product. The website said US orders are taking 1-2 weeks to received. I ordered the mug a week ago, paid the rush fee, and haven’t received notice of shipping. When I click “contact us” on the menu page, nothing happens. I want to love it and I want to be able to enthusiastically recommend. Edit: received an unsatisfactory reply. They just said - good news, it’s on the way. There was no rush shipping they paid not any offer to refund my rush fee. They said I should be receiving my print soon. I ordered a coffee mug. No one looked at the case. Cannot change my two star review. Further edit: the mug arrived and Maria asked if I would change my review. I gave it one more star. The mug I ordered for my friend is spot on and looks wonderful. However it took my mug almost 3 weeks to arrive despite paying the rush fee. The website says most orders arrive 1-2 weeks regular. Customer service disappointed me: it’s not intuitive and focused on “making it right”. I had to ASK for my rush shipping to be refunded. Then when I pointed out daily that it wasn’t there, customer service asked ME to follow up with the post office and/or file a missing package claim with UPS. There was never an offer to refund or send a second mug. I should have known the whole thing was weird when the company asked for a review of the product before it even shipped despite my paying the rush fee. All in all this company has adorable products and I’ve been eyeing them for years. I just wished customer service had been 1 more accessible and 2 more on point.

Ordered my stuff but no shipping confirmation anywhere. God knows how long it’s gonna take.

I submitted three dog pictures. two of the three actually look like the dog. One not so much. Wish you could see proofs.

The order procces was smooth but It's been a few days and I still haven't received any communication regarding my order. I received the PayPal confirmation but nothing from west and willow. I'm left with questions, did the order go through? When can I expect it? Is the image I've selected even workable? A little communication would be nice.
