The print showed up in a timely manner, but the print was much darker than the photo provided so the fur color doesn't look like a match to our dog. Also, I purchased the digital download and still have not received it. I ordered it a month ago and when I check the status of the digital download, it says, "We are currently preparing these items for shipment."

Initially my digital artwork was not going to be released until I received my framed art. I had to make multiple requests to receive the digital art as soon as it was completed as most companies providing similar services do. While the actual art turned out great, the frame it was placed in is very cheap and not worth the amount of money that I spent. Overall, I am generally satisfied, but doubt I would make this order again if I had to do it all over again.

We would have enjoyed our order IF it had arrived on time as ordered.

Came way too late, horrible with updates... pretty disappointing experience to be honest.

They confused my dogs name in my order and gave me another piece with a different name. I even paid for expedited shipping for her birthday to take a picture for my dogs birthday sadly for her 18th birthday it was upsetting to have the wrong name overall the experience was upsetting and this mistake should have not been made

The portraits we received are great. West and Willow is able to capture so much personality of your pet into their artwork. It is impressive. However, our experience with getting the portraits was so difficult, that I feel I need to give 2 stars. We ordered 3 pet portraits as Christmas gifts for different family members. We ordered in November, and they were guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. Only one portrait arrived by Christmas, and it took many, many back and forth emails with customer service to get the final two portraits delivered (they eventually came in February). It was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and the West and Willow team often seemed confused about our issue. They told me two separate times they would re-ship the portraits, but those shipments never happened. Both times when I reached out weeks later to ask about the status of my order, I was told that nobody ever re-processed our order. Fourth time's the charm, I guess. We finally got our last two portraits shipped and delivered.

I placed an order 5 weeks ago knowing it may take some extra time after the holiday rush to be processed and shipped. I reached out to the support email to check on the status of my order and I haven’t received a response back. Customer support seems very underwhelming.

The portrait turned out really cool, but I was super disappointed with the framing. Underneath the plastic their was hair and pieces of other things and even a thumbnail size piece of plastic. I had to use a hammer to lift the back off so I could clean the plastic frame and get the debris out of the frame. For how expensive the portrait was I am disappointed on how it was framed and the state it was delivered in.
