they have no phone number... you can not contact them- they did end up fixing/ canceling the order but i am very Leary of a company with no phone number.

Horrible quality. The frame didn’t even touch all the way around. For an item valued at almost $90 you would think the quality would be better. Will not buy from again.

The picture I sent does not reflect the finished product. No tear in the ear as in the photo. Disappointed. For the $ and what is offered, I would have waited until after the holiday to present the gift.

Very disappointed with the Coffee Cup I received in the mail today. I sent you a picture of my neighbors dog and the Cup I received looks nothing like the photo I sent to you. The picture sent is not what uploaded my Black Labrador was supposed to the whole body and also the landscaping behind the Christmas tree lot all I receive was my Labrador’s head very dissatisfied sorry I will not show my license I was scammed I have already sent a dispute to PayPal

VERY poor quality for $140. It's poster like material with not even a glass frame. Will be throwing in garbage because the dog doesn't even look like the picture. Highly disappointed.

I ordered a pet portrait from a company that seems to only offer pet portraits. It included my husband’s pets who have both passed away. I received an image of a man with words in the background. I don’t understand how this happened. No explanation offered just, “we’ve processed your replacement.” And now I have to wait another 3 weeks?? This was supposed to be a very meaningful Christmas gift. When I ask support how this happened or if my corrected order will arrive before Christmas, I’m only given generic answers. Never again.

Well honestly my frame came busted and the glass broken. Should really package your items better. But I sent an email and they responded promptly. But the hassel and time of waiting 3 weeks and it arrived damaged. So now I have to wait even longer.
