Amazing follow up!

I’m in love with these portraits of my pups!! They are absolutely perfect!! I even requested that they keep the ball in my pups mouth for the portrait because he ALWAYS has it in his mouth and they obliged. I can’t wait to order another one for my parents of their dog for Christmas!!

This company was very easy to work with. I needed a print corrected and the handled it quickly and without a fuss. My husband loves the prints!

Every interaction I've had with West&Willow has been more than stellar. Each team team member exemplifies excellent professionalism and customer service. I had a hiccup with one of my orders and they were attentive and immediately addressed my issue with such care and grace, they rock! 11/10 would definitely use/recommend them again!

I ordered a pet portrait of my 2 doodles a couple weeks ago and was really excited to get it. Immediately after ordering, I had second thoughts on the frame color I chose and sent a customer support request asking if there was any way to switch the frame from white to black and never received a response. I also felt like my pet portrait came back and it was just photoshopped head cutouts of the exact photos I gave instead of the more illustrated portrait I thought I would receive. I guess just wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. I thought maybe there would be an opportunity to proof the digital portrait before it was printed and delivered (similarly to other custom purchases of this kind). B/c my one dog is 75 lbs and the other 40 lbs and the lighter dog is way bigger in the portrait 😂 maybe I should have added that in the notes. All in all, I will still hang it up, but it was not really what I thought I was getting. EDIT: Customer service has been absolutely great to work with and reached out quickly following my review. They fixed the few issues I had, sent me a proof to review and then resent the item with the corrections. They made it so easy, I am happy with my final custom pet portrait and excited to get it in the mail and hang it up.

The ordering process was so easy. I can't wait to see what they do with my pup's photo!

Love this phone case.

Super easy to order. First time I attempted to upload pictures it worked. So many times this is difficult on orders with vendors.
