I wanted a portrait of Ace, my 16 year old Chihuahua, but one that I could display with all the rest of my decor. I came across West & Willow on Facebook and immediately noticed their cute designs. I decided to take a closer look at what all they offered and was pleasantly surprised. I love the design of an actual "portrait" without all the hoopla going on (costumes, multiple array of colors, etc) and with his name diplayed on the picture too. I just followed the steps. I picked exactly what I wanted, easily uploaded my picture of Ace, and then checked out all in a matter of a few steps. Very easy and straightforward. I cannot wait to see the finished product!! So excited!!

I was in pleased AT FIRST with my photo coming in damaged. I reached out, and my experience has been wonderful. This team is replacing the photo! I am so excited for the new one, and plan to continue to support this company. Wonderful customer service!

I was initially skeptical, as it takes sometime to actually hear from someone when you have a concern, but so far, I am very pleased. While my order was incorrect, they are making strides to correct it (simply the background color). I am waiting on the new portraitures, and naturally assume they will be forthcoming. The ines that arrived were simply breathtaking.
