Fast service. Great rendition of our dogs! Thank you

The online order process takes less than 5 minutes. So easy and good options. I can't wait to see the portrait I ordered to give to my husband for Christmas.

Purchased a portrait with 3 dogs, names were not in correct order so I emailed customer service. No problem, they were kind and are sending me a new picture. Despite that I am ordering more things for Xmas. Quality was more than I ever could of imagined. Pictures of the pups were spot on

The ordering process was really easy.. I’m not computer savvy but ordering was a simple. Looking forward to my order and giving it as a Christmas present!

Awesome customer service If you need anything to make your purchase what you hoped for they work with you

I did read some comments about this site and was skeptical at first but decided to give it a shot since I've always wanted to have a portrait of my dog and I can tell you the results were amazing! It looks exactly like my dog! I was kept up to date and about the whole process and when my shipment has arrived. Definitely grateful for West & Willow.

The portrait was very accurate and true to the photo I gave you. It totally captured our pups personality as well.

I received my order in a few weeks time and absolutely love it. It looked just like the photos I uploaded of my 2 dogs.
