I have purchased from West & Willow twice over a few years and both times I've been so impressed with the quality of the art. The mug arrived so quickly and it is a beautiful way to remember our pup. I would definitely purchase again!

The portraits I ordered (4) are amazing and really depict the character of our dogs and cat. Altho it took a bit of time I did receive the digital copies of the portraits I ordered. These are a fun addition to any gallery wall. A wonderful gift to give a family that loves their dogs and cats. Very helpful customer service.

Hey Jenny, I'm really sorry to hear this and for the frustration caused! I’ve just had a look, and it seems our team did message you on July 9 regarding the digital downloads. Since the original payment only covered one file, we reached out to request the invoice for the others. Would you mind checking your inbox (and spam folder just in case)? The message should be there! If you need us to resend anything or if you have any questions at all, just let us know, we’re more than happy to help.

Portrait was AMAZING!! West & Willow knocked it out of the park and would highly recommend as a gift. Painting of our puppy was so realistic and looks exactly like him. I've never been so happy with a purchase/gift.
