Just got my mug in the mail and I love it! My puppy was beautifully drawn in the mug. Wish I could’ve chosen the bigger mug, the smaller mug is too small for me.

Update on review. West and Willow rectified the problem and they were able to send a new print that was accurate. I made an order on 9/17 for two prints. I received both prints. However, one of the Custom One Pet Portraits did not come correctly. I emailed within the 24-48 hour window with no response. I have reached out multiple times with NO response. I would hesitate to recommend them to others or order from them again. Order number 291946 Pet Name Bailey came as white/8x10/black and what I ordered was Sage/8x10/Black.

Site was easy to manage. I wish that we could submit more than one pic ahead of time of the pet so the artists can really get their angles and colors

It was easy but I wish I could see the final picture and I do not like paying shipping.

The ordering experience was fairly straightforward. However, I wish there was a gift option where you could add a note to the recipient. It was for a friend who's pet had just passed away.

I absolutely love my painting and it brought tears to my eyes when I saw my dynamic trio together again (2 have passed away, unfortunately). I would have given 5 stars but taking 1 away because I purchased a digital copy of my image as well and have not received it. I did email support and still haven’t gotten a response from them either and it’s been almost 3 days, when it says 24-48 hours.

The image is perfect. Could not have imagined better! The frame is a disappointment. I assume they buy those and are not the ones making the frame. There are gaps on all four corners that I can see through. This one was missed by quality control. For the price I’m very disappointed in the overall product. I’ll be spending more money to buy my own frame so that is something I’d actually want to hang on my wall.
