West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The pictures were beautiful and customer service was friendly!! They say 100% guarantee and went up and beyond for services!!! Thank you Graphic design!!!

Captures the doggie essence. I framed them myself and they were delivered safely

Love the pictures! They arrived very quickly. Quality is excellent. Very pleased!

We order two portraits of our dogs. The website was easy to use with lots of options to customize your portrait. Both were shipped within two weeks and were perfect when they arrived. We are so happy with our purchases.

The first attempt had an error with two mugs being the same portrait when they should have been different. The customer service team was amazing and got it corrected. I received the correct one very quickly. For some reason I wasn't getting all of their emails.. not sure why. Regardless, it's resolved and I love the mugs and portrait. 10/10 recommend! (:

Website is easy to use and prices are reasonable. I have ordered from here before, and love the pictures!

The process of ordering was extremely easy. We have ordered several pet portraits from West and Willow in the past and have been very happy with every one.
