West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The ease of ordering the product and the shop pay program. Received portraits in about a week. Thanks

very easy to order - almost too easy ;) I am debating ordering other (past) dog pictures for a "dog wall"

Amazing!!! Such an amazing service they truly care for the experience you have. So grateful for my forever piece of my furry family

Easy to navigate

I specifically stated in the notes to the artist that my dog has one blue eye and one brown eye as it clearly shows in the picture I provided. The finished piece has him with both brown eyes. It’s his very unique characteristic that was not shown in the final piece. Bit disappointed *UPDATE- W&W reached out and corrected this and sent a revised photo. Great customer service.

My daughter made me a portrait of our dog which I love. My neighbors family dog passed suddenly so I purchased this for them. Very easy to order. Hope they like it as much as I like mine.

After a few bumps with the order they fellow people at west and willow got it all fixed and delivered to me! I love the pictures and will be ordering again soon!!

This is my 4th or 5th purchase from West and Willow, and there is a reason I am a repeat customer! Not only are their products adorable, but their quality and customer service are next to none! Highly recommend, they are my go to gift for the pet lovers in my life!
