I just received the portrait of my pets and it was amazing! Not only did they capture the pups accurately, but they also seem to capture their character! I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was extremely surprised and satisfied! I can’t wait to share this on social media but have to wait because it’s a Christmas gift!

Excellent customer service. When I had a question with my order, they got back to me very quickly and even gave me a complementary print. Thank you, West & Willow!

The phone case I ordered was created and shipped quickly, however, when I received it, my dog’s bandana was missing from the image, which I had specifically requested they keep in the design. I emailed the customer service team to make them aware, not really expecting anything, but I wanted them to know for future orders, and they emailed me back almost immediately offering to ship a new case out! Many companies don’t have customer service like this any more, and I’m so grateful to West & Willow for making it right.
