West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Thanks for your prompt attention to me reorder!

Very easy website to navigate!

I had to make some adjustments not once but twice and Camille was very nice and patient with my changes as it was my original error. I can't wait to see the final product in person.

I do not order many things over the internet but the directions were very easy to follow. I appreciated that.

The first portrait I received was disappointing but thankfully the team at West & Willow immediately and appropriately addressed the issues and were able to create the most beautiful portrait of our puppy. Talented artists and great customer service!

This picture exceeded my expectations! I am so grateful to the artist for capturing my beautiful girl's face and her beautiful eyes and her exact facial expression. I lost my beloved Nala two weeks ago and it has been the hardest thing I've ever had to go through. I reached out to the artist and asked if they could please do their best in making sure it looks exactly like her and they did just that. Exceptional talent, fast shipping and great customer service! Thank you so much! I will cherish this picture forever, along with her memories. ❤️

The website was fast, easy and straightforward to work with. I love the pictures, clean, neat and just showing the fur babes.

It was very easy to work through the ordering process. It was nice and straight forward
