My sisters dog just passed away and she had more love for him than anything. It broke me seeing her cry on his last day. I wanted to do something special for her because she deserved it so I got a pet portrait and a pet mug. I’ve only received the mug in time for her birthday and I’ll be giving her the one portrait for a Christmas gift. She also loves mugs and shops for them anywhere we go so what’s better than having ur dog on a coffee mug? When I received this mug I was so shocked how amazing it turned out. The pictures people post online of their items don’t compare to what you see when you receive one! It’s the most perfect gift and I’m so excited and thankful westwillow could make this happen.

I ordered the blanket and it’s big and beautiful! So soft too! Can’t wait to give it at Christmas.

I ordered a portrait for my best friend who lost her pup unexpectedly. It was an absolutely perfect gift. Beau is a little pomeranian and I submitted a picture of him smiling that came out perfectly. The best part of this experience was customer service - I originally placed the order to be mailed to my address & forgot to use my discount, and very kindly and timely, customer service changed the address and applied my discount. Will order again, thank you West & Willow!
