This isn't my first purchase with West & Willow, but it is the first time they had to reach out due to issues with my pictures. Sharon not only reached out to ensure they had the best pictures possible she also walked me through everything and continued to stay in contact. I've always been super happy with the products I've received and will continue to use them!

Thank you so much for your kind words, Jamie! We're so happy to hear you've had such a positive experience, and we'll be sure to pass your lovely feedback on to Sharon! ❤️

We lost our 17 year old cat a month ago. I wanted to have a picture of him to hang in our house. I remember seeing ads for this site and thought I would give it a try. Our picture turned out perfect. It looks just like him down to his crossed eye. I am so happy with my purchase. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this website.
