I like that it didn't take forever to get the ordered print; however, I would have loved to see a proof beforehand to know it all was going to look correct in the final product, because I feel it was spaced a little low between my dogs and the wording, and I may have changed the photo on one dog because it made him overly white, so overall it's fine, just would have tweaked a couple things.

First photo ordered was supposed to be a line drawing and I was not allowed to go back and change it. I also did not see a full summary of my order after finalizing the payment which was a bit disconcerting. I also wanted to order multiple portraits for my adult children and did not see that I can do this. So, I’m having to pay shipping four times and place each order separately. I found these two issues frustrating.

I just received the purchase today - I purchased this for my husband after his police k9 passed away a couple weeks ago so this was very special for him! Everything looks so amazing except it did arrive with a chip in the top left, which was most likely due to shipping reasoning. Besides the chip, I am pleasantly impressed!

I ordered a new custom pet portrait because the one I previously had got ruined by the flood. I haven’t seen what it looks like yet but it was very easy to order and I found it was the best priced.

The only reason i'm not giving 10 stars is because they failed to respond to my email in the time they advertised and didn't get request to change photo. BUT the work is INCREDIBLE and I almost cried when I saw my girls. It is amazing and will be such a wonderful addition to our home!

I love my pet portrait and I am grateful to have it forever to remember my sweet babes. I only wish I was sent an image before hand for approval as one of my pets has whiskers and one does not.

The website stated they would ask for more photos if the one provided was not sufficient for the portrait (I emailed additional photos immediately as well given the order form only allows you to provide one photo - they didn't look at my email until 5 days later once the portrait was done). Instead of requesting an additional photo showing more of my dogs body they just put my dogs head (looked amazing) and overlayed it on brown blurred rectangle as if that’s his body. The shape is a literal rectangle and does not look anything like a neck and body of a dog. On top of that my dog has a white tummy so this brown rectangle makes it not resemble him and I unfortunately will not be using the portrait in my apartment. I ordered 2 portraits and the second one is much better. For anyone ordering from here, do NOT expect they will reach out for another photo if the one provided isn’t perfect so ensure it has your pets face and ensure a large portion of their body is visible to avoid creative liberty.

Easy to use and fast! Can’t wait to see the finished products!!!!
