I have gotten 2 other portraits from West & Willow and they were great. However one I just received they did not include a visible marking on my dogs face, and made her a DARK brown when she is very light brown. The photo is cute, it just does not resemble my dog very much.

I changed the picture and wound up with both orders in the basket. I could not remove the one I didn’t want. So I went to another browser and placed the order for the one I wanted. So make it so the user can edit the cart.

Placed my order last week and have yet to receive an order confirmation. Paid extra money to get it shipped faster. Reached out to customer service and still have not heard back. Super sketchy - hoping I get my portrait and this isn’t just a scam. Customer service should ALWAYS send a confirmation immediately to let us know it was received. And yes, I’ve checked my spam folder. Posting a review in hopes that I actually hear from someone.

i never received an order confirmation, which is weird and makes me feel like i am unsure if my order was received. Although, my credit card was charged.

I ordered one portrait and two cups. I received my portrait within a week and the portrait came out perfectly except there was a big crease on the bottom right of the print. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond and offered a replacement. I received my cup two weeks later but only receive one of the two cups I ordered. Lovely products but unfortunately I wish the products were inspected better prior to shipment.

The photograph was not of good quality, and looked unprofessionally photoshopped. (Which it was as the collar was removed) The frame, which is really cheap grade, had separated in two corners. This product is worth at most, 19.95 .... not the 100.00 I wasted on it.

I wasn’t one hundred percent happy with how the portrait came out. I wish there was an option to see a preview before finalizing the product especially if we are paying this steep of a price blindly.

The upsell process on the site is annoying. Got 3-5 upsell offers when trying to place the order. One is cute, 3+ is too much, especially when my cart value was already $90 for a gift
