Very poor quality and service. Definitely not worth the $50+ dollars charged. The illustration looks nothing like the photo that was submitted. The package was received with no external damage, however the picture had been rolled and folded into the shipping container. Attempted to contact customer service via the form link on the website. No replies. Horrible customer service to go with a terrible product. This is a rip off.

I was so excited to give this as a gift. The shipping was so fast and so excited to se the portrait. Once I saw the picture my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The picture is not only off center, her face was so low to the boarder all you saw was white background.

I do not like the product how do I return them ?

It has been 3.5 weeks since ordering and my order still has not shipped. I also received an email two weeks ago saying that my digital photo was available and it would only be offered for purchase for 24 hours. I ordered that as well (thinking I would get it quickly if it was already “available”). I then find out I will not receive the digital copy until my original order has been marked as “delivered”. I feel misled. Why did they send an email saying my digital copy was ready? Why don’t I receive the digital copy that is “ready” now since I paid for it? Now I do not have anything to give my sister for Christmas. I thought ordering a month in advance would be plenty of time, and at least I’d have a digital copy to show her if all else failed, but I don’t even have that.

Order it in November, got the wrong one the week before Christmas.

I did a two-dog portrait and it is cute, I’m disappointed that one of the dogs looks like they have a mustache, and the company only offered a small discount to correct it (10% refund or 30% off a new order), and said it was minor (a dog with a mustache isn’t minor in my opinion). They should offer previews of the artwork before completing and shipping the orders.

Received the order and love the picture!

Not a good experience at all! I ordered a picture and realized within seconds that my auto fill put in the wrong address I wrote customer support right away within the 30 minute time frame it tells you you have and several times after with absolutely no response and they delivered to the wrong address and I have no way of recovering the product. I can’t believe I made so many attempts to contact them and not any response at all. It was a special gift for my fiance and now I’m left empty handed
