West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Absolutely gorgeous! I was so nervous when I ordered this as it’s a gift, but it is amazing!!

Ordering was super easy can’t wait to see my portrait if I ever get it. It has been 10 days and I have yet to receive any indication that that my picture is in the works. After ordering I received an order number and a message that said I would receive shipping information between 5-7 days. Ten days and I have not received that information. Hopefully I will get something, fingers crossed. To follow up on my review, I was contacted immediately by the company they assured me that my portrait was in progress. It was nice to see that they do read all reviews! With holidays I still suggest ordering early!!

Staff extremely helpful.

Portrait was beautiful. I asked to have it fixed after a minor issue. No questions asked. Couple days later sent me the copy to approve and it was painless. The customer service is amazing. I’ve worked 10+ years in that field and this was one of the best. Thank you!

Exactly what I hoped for! Thank you for capturing my fur babies so perfectly!
