Well, when my son and I looked at the picture, we laughed! I’m sorry, maybe I sent a bad picture but my dog looked liked he had no neck and was extremely fat. I was so excited and completely disappointed!

I bought my poster way in advanced so it would be here on mother’s day. On April 26th it said it was in transit at my local post office so i waited a week and there was still no package delivered. I went to the post office to see if it was there on May 5 and May 8 and I was told if it was lost in the mail. I reached out to West and Willow also on May 5 and May 8 just to figure out when they shipped it and if they could possible track it for me. I still have not received any message from them. I’m really said because i’ve seen great reviews from them and was really excited. I know it might be a post office issue but I was just hoping that West and Willow could help me out in the situation and I got no response.

The products from West & Willow are very good but their shipping has issues. I received one item from my order to my address and the other item they attached to the wrong zip code and it was unable to be fulfilled. I reached out and they responded saying it would be an additional $10 to reship my item...I don't understand how one item ships correctly with the proper zip code and one item doesn't and then I have to pay an additional fee for my item.

American based company that operates in Australia. I’m Australian customer who order a portrait for a relative in an America. It was clear in the delivery process that the portrait was going to an American Address. So what do West and Willow do deliver the product from Australia. Further delaying a delivery date!

Not really worth the price. The fame is nice but the overall product seems cheaper than what it is. Also customer service was literally nill. Emailed them 3 times to get a confirmation, a proof of the image and to redeem a coupon I had that didn’t go through and I never received anything in return.

Good artwork, but pretty bummed that for $85 they couldn’t put my prints in a firm envelope for shipping. The thick prints were tightly rolled for shipping and I’m just hoping the creases come out before I give them to my husband for his birthday. Charge less or give customers what they pay for!
