West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Great product! Received sooner than promised! Getting more for Christmas gifts!

Easy. Moved from choice to choice

Check out experience was great! Super easy!!

I can't say the picture result is great. The pictures seem too small and too low on the print. There is too much space between the dogs and their names. I thought we would see a pre completed print before finalizing it. I would not have approved the print as you sent. An update 1/28/23 West & Willow have sent us a corrected artwork. It is now a perfect PC of art. We are happy for their quick reply to our need. Thx

Customer service was amazing, they redid a picture of my dogs for me and were so nice about it!

So easy to order..$10 shipping a little high

Best customer service. Love all of the portraits I have purchased.

My picture was not delivered but the customer service representatives I spoke with were amazing. I got my photo for someone for Christmas and I’m amazed that I was able to get another photo shipped out to me since UPS couldn’t deliver the first one. I will always be a true to this company. This isn’t the first or the last item I will purchase.
