It was delivered in a timely manner and it looks amazing. We lost our sweet Kevin back in March and it’s a great portrait to remember him by.

I saw an advertisement on the top of your website saying I could qualify for a free digital download. I put in the code and it didn't take. I ended up being charged 8 additional dollars for the digital copy. Edit: I received a full refund right away for the digital copy. Editing review accordingly.

*updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars. When customer service responded to my previous issue, they did everything to make it right. The frames turned out great and so did the coffee mugs. Thank you Maria for your help through this situation. Only received partial order, waiting for other items to arrive. The items that did arrive were the personalized mugs but they both came as the same dog and should have 2 different dogs. I emailed customer service and have yet to hear back regarding this matter.

There was an issue with my order but they corrected it immediately. Product arrived and was great!

I love my portrait of my boy Charlie I am hoping to get another done now that’s he’s a mature dog and have the pair,I would absolutely recommend any one to get one and thanks again west&willow
