It’s a cute image because the pets look like the ones in the picture, however the proportions aren’t right (cats and dogs nearly same size). I purchased the image with 3 pets and there is a wide space between each of them, unlike the sample image. For that price it would be nice to include people in the process - for example sending a draft imagine before print. UPDATE 28 Nov: Customer Service reached out to rework the design and update the order. Improved my previous rating due to great customer service and new image.

I do love the products I ordered. But a few things went wrong. They didn’t mention they ship with UPS which does not deliver to PO Boxes. I spent a week trying to get my address changed and package delivered. And prices are a bit high.

I ordered 3 framed portraits of my pets more than 7 weeks ago. When I reached out to the company to ask where the portraits were, there was no response even though I reached out via Instagram, & email multiple times. Disappointing to say the least. * Update - following my review a customer service member reached out and helped to make the situation right. Looking forward to hanging our new pics in our home!

Very easy to navigate, just wish that it would show any example of how my pictures would look on the chosen background.

UPDATE: Upon writing the review below I did hear from West and Willow via email. I did suggest that they work on their communication and that would help. They asked some further questions regarding my order and said they would get the order out within the next week. I asked them to update me if they were not going to meet that date. The first two items from my order arrived the following Wednesday, Nov 9th. The other items were delivered this past weekend, Nov 12th. All items arrived as ordered and intact as they should. No broken pieces. My only disappointment was that the image of our German Shepard (75lbs) was smaller than our Morkie(14lbs). I do like the artwork just the sizing is off. I believe someone else commented on that. I am going to give them another try and order for a friend for Christmas. Original Review: You asked for a review per your email, unfortunately it is not one that I wanted to leave. I placed a sizable order (8 portraits and 2 mugs) with West and Willow on October 12th. The confirmation said I would receive tracking in 1-2 weeks. I waited until October 29th to email for an update. The reply email said to allow 48 to 72 hours. Crickets-No response. Oct 29 was 12 business days and over 2 weeks ago. I was waiting for a reply which has yet to happen. If I do not hear from your company by Friday 11/4 you will be hearing from my CC company as I will be disputing and cancelling this order. I am hoping to hear from you with an update. It’s a shame as these were going to be cool gifts for the holidays. You are great at the emails for sales and reviews but NOT customer service and retaining current customers.
