I loved the portrait I received, however I wish the team made a few changes. After I received a payment confirmation email, I waited for a first look into what the portrait would look like but instead I received an email in a few days stating my order had been shipped. It would be great if they could give a preview of the final portrait before printing/shipping it which would be useful in case of gifting. The final portrait is beautiful and couldn’t be better. I found some of the pins that were holding the cardboard of the frame falling out and maybe next time, it could be made stronger. Thank you for the amazing portrait! Edit: The team reached out and helped rectify the issues in a timely manner. They were able to send me a digital picture in case I needed to print it again. Thank you!

Legitimate company, but not run very well. Placed an order back in September. They forgot about it and even lost my photo. I reminded them in late October and had to resend the photo. Finally received shipment in early November, only to receive a custom portrait of someone else's dog. They're still working on replacing my order and it's mid-November now. For close to $100, I would've thought service would be more quality. UPDATE: Finally received my order on Nov 19. Order was placed in September. It took quite some time and working with customer service to get it right. In the end it was pretty cute, just a lot to go into the order process.

Ordering process was very easy. The problem is that you don't see a proof of the final product. I am sending this as a gift and I don't like not being able to see the item before it ships. I've never ordered a custom item that you didn't see a proof.

I had problems making my payment. Maybe it was my own fault for using my iPad instead of my computer. Your pay system kept trying to send the order and bill the order to a different address. Hopefully I got it all set up OK. I’d also like to know how soon I can expect my product. I didn’t see anything about that

Ordering was easy. I was offered a 10% discount & then free shipping. I was only able to use 1 discount. If you can only use one it should be stated as such.

Don’t take debit cards

Wish I could see a sample of what I am ordering. This is not cheap and I hope it looks like I expect it to.

It kept saying free shipping but would not show on the final bill. Other than that I am excited.
