I don’t feel like it was worth $46 simply for a print - I literally could Have used chat gpt to create something very similar. Nothing wrong with the print- just absolutely not worth the money.

We ordered a two dog picture. One of our dogs is much larger than the other. Ironically, the bigger one pictured is much smaller than the other. :-(

This was the 4th time I have ordered from West & Willow and I have been pleased previously but not this time. I completed their request form to redo my product because 2 of my 3 dogs were not the right color. I also emailed customer support. I did NOT receive a reply to any correspondence and it has been greater than 2 weeks. I waited to complete this survey in hopes for a response and a redo. I have NOT received any correspondence even though you replied 5 days ago that you reached out. Please reply to ly concerns. Thank you!

The first delivery of two pieces arrived with one of them being an incorrect product and both missing some text. The next delivery was the corrected product but I still have two products with some missing text. I asked for 🐾 after the names and no explanation was provided whether or not this was possible.
