Would have really liked to see a preview of my purchase, but I’m anxiously awaiting my picture. The process was incredibly simple and easy. Hoping it turns out well

You ask me to rank the experience before the product arrives - that seems strange. As mentioned before, I would LOVE to add two or three photos to give the best view of my pup...your system doesn't allow. Call me once the product arrives

I wasn’t aware of the $21 shipping. The mug was already overpriced. But to add $21 at the end without warning puts it up to $69 for a mug!!! Far too much.

Difficult to order multiple pictures. West & Willow took care of the situation. Awesome company!

Ordering, service, and timelines were good. However, I was disappointed that the pet's photo was so small appearing on the 8x10. I was expecting more of an 8x10 photo, not piece of paper. In this case the pet depicted was an extraordinary large animal in every way, but not looking that way in the photo.

I thought the picture would have looked better . They should send a sample so you can see if there is any changes you would make . I do love my picture maybe I should have picked a different picture. After the company seen my review they have definitely gone out of their way to make me a satisfied customer

It was a good experience, but I would have liked our at the end I could have “okey-dokey” the final picture together.

Shipping is definitely fast, which is nice. I think the artist did a wonderful job of capturing our doggies characteristics. I didn’t give a 5 star review, because the hardware on the back of the frame was put on very crooked and it will need to be removed and straightened for the picture to hang properly. There should be quality control department for this kind of mistake. This was a memorial gift for my husband for our dog who has just passed on. I expect top notch service all the way around for the price I paid.
