Very easy to navigate

I got my dog Ruby in a framed portrait and digital download. I forgot to tick the box for digital download so got in touch with West & Willow. Alexis from the support team helped me out and was extremely quick to reply and very friendly. My wife loved the picture so much she got me to order another one for her friend (different dog)

I got this present for my family as we had lost one of our dogs, and the two never sat still together long enough for us to take good photos. My portrait of my babies came out absolutely amazing, the shipping time was short, and the service and wait was well worth it.

*Edited - they responded & are offering to send another drawing for me to review which i very much appreciate. Changing to 5 star because customer service is trying to make it right bI received a notification that the order shipped a few days ago and I never received an email to approve the artwork which I paid an extra $10 to do. So I did a search for all the emails in my inbox, junk, etc and NEVER got a chance to approve artwork, yet it said artwork approved. I am disappointed there are 2 heads at the bottom of this large photo - and a giant white space in between their names and their heads...I sent full body pics expecting to at least have half their bodies in. Honestly, this could have been avoided if I received an actual email and instructions on how to approve artwork, gives me scam vibes that it showed I approved it when I never did. I was shocked when I opened it at all the wasted space between their names and heads. Their heads to look like them but it's an odd piece of art I will likely be trashing which is unfortunate for the price. One of my dogs is being euthanized soon so I was really hoping for a piece that looked more like the photo I submitted.
