West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Great Black Friday deal. Free shipping. Super cute giftable products. Know the framed pic and mug will be a hit. Wish you offered socks!

My discount wasn’t applied initially, but West and Willow reached out right away to make sure everything was right. Thank you so much!

Everything was great. Smooth ordering and smooth check out.

Aprilyn was quick to respond and found an old order of mine so that I could order a matching print of a new puppy. She was prompt and professional.

Quick and easy ordering process. Just wish our dog would sit for a picture as easily. Had an issue with the discount applying, but after a quick email for customer service. I had a refund email of what the discount should have been within two minutes. I definitely was not expecting that especially on Black Friday.

Very fast responses and very cooperative

So easy and quick. I would suggest that you ask for a tip when the pictures are actually delivered and the client is happy, then send a text or email requesting feedback and offer the option for a tip! I bet you get more tips, and not people hesitant to tip before they get the product. I hesitated today but ultimately my positive attitude and thoughts said tip. Just sayin’

Love the quality of the end product Of my daughter’s pictures. Ordering was very easy and quick.
