I am absolutely thrilled with how these pet prints turned out!! They are so darn cute. Thank you West & Willow for capturing the perfect likeness of my 3 pets in such a unique and fun style of art work. I ordered individual portraits of my dog and two cats (Tallulah, Junior & Gigi). The customer service experience we received from West & Willow has been flawless. We had one concern with one of the pics not looking like my black cat, Gigi. I have to take partial blame for the confusion. I sent three photos. The best one I could find of Gigi’s face included her brother, Junior. I assumed it would be obvious that we had already sent one of Junior… but when the pictures arrived - there were two of Junior, one of the Tallulah, No Gigi. When I reached out via email over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend- to my surprise West & Willow responded promptly with a “can do” attitude and immediate solution. I resent a photo via email, a new portrait of Gigi was created. They sent the new portrait back for me to review & once I did - it was sent to print and is expected to arrive in 2-3 weeks. It can take years to build a positive business reputation and one day to destroy it. The folks of West & Willow clearly know what they are doing. They offer a service that is exactly as advertised and when confronted with a concern, the only feeling or impression I was given from the company was that they wanted to meet my expectation and for me to be happy - period. No back and forth, no arm wresting, no delays - just “how can we fix this”. West and Willow has earned my loyalty and I recommend anyone on the fence about purchasing one these pictures, to go for it! You won’t regret it. It’s also worth mentioning if you think that this will be an enlarged duplicate photo of your pet, it is not. It would be unfair to review this print as such when it’s plain to see on the website that these are a unique, animated likeness of your pet, not a photo made larger. They are truly unique! An adorable & playful picture of your fur baby to cherish forever… to me that’s priceless.
