the website doesn't show what items are discounted, and at what rate. it should show original price and then the discount applied. This would help when you use a discount code and can see it has applied to only one item. Also, only one item being discounted is silly and misleading to customers. The $100 free global shipping should be clear at the top of the website, I had to dig in the FAQ's to find it. I would rather see the price in Canadian dollars, it should be a drop down menu to choose your currency. It says nothing about if duty and taxes are paid for or are due at receipt of shipment. This is important for customers shipping to Canada. The payment screen is silly, I didn't know if I HAD to choose PayPal or if it was another option.

Ordering pet portrait is pretty easy and straightforward. However the only thing I dislike is after ordering my item, should have some sort of email or record about my purchase. It's been a week now and I have not receive a single update about my purchase. This just make the first time buyer feel insecure. Even with the "good review", it still makes me doubt about the legitimate of this company. Need better communication!

I changed my address with you immediately and sent updates numerous times and you still sent it to the wrong address! You said my two pets would have to be on different backgrounds but you still had them on the same backgrounds. Why do you reach out and Totally ignore all communication???

My first order was super quick. This order is taking forever, almost a week now. I throughly hope this portrait is perfect and I don’t have to send back and wait more. But I’m recalling them sending me a proof before production of my first one I ordered. I didn’t get one this time. ****Portrait came in with a couple smudges and rolled creases but when I contacted them about it, they rushed a new print to me. When it arrived, it was perfect! I’m going to assume the whole shipping issue was a fluke because the second one was very quick to arrive!

There wasn’t a way to view what I selected and nowhere to include a note. A good friend of mine lost her dog this week, and I’m not certain she’ll even know it came from me.

Your “holiday special” promo code ‘does not apply” after purchasing a portrait—which are the terms—it’s a free mug people. Thought the mug would be a great addition to the gift, but it ended costing me another $20. For my total (yes shipping of $10) = $102 for the $65 portrait. Didn’t want to spend THAT much on this lovely and super adorable gift. I’m hopeing it’s gonna be great!!

Asking for a tip for service and now a review before I see the finished product is a tad presumptuous. Possibly re-send this email upon delivery and I can better give you a review and gratuity. Company must have been started by young millennials that expect gratification for breathing.
