I ordered 2 separate pictures for gifts and I’m very disappointed. Colors are off and the faces are less than similar?! I hope to return them after the holiday; too late now! :(

Ordered photos in November and still have not arrived. Customer service was unable to tell me anything about my order throughout the process. Mid-December they advertised it was not too late to order and get a delivery before Christmas, but I am empty handed on holiday.

Waiting on correction to arrive

They sent the wrong picture entirely with a different dog and different name. Very disappointed as this arrived just in time for Christmas and now I do not have the gift that I was expecting.

For starters I ordered this package almost a month ago and I am still waiting on it. I have tried to contact customer service many times to see if my package is lost or if I should still continue to wait and all I get is an automated response that is completely unhelpful. Every time they tell me they will reach out soon and I never get anything. Really disappointed after I read all the high reviews.

I ordered two photos for my parents for Christmas. One being of my dog that just recently passed in August. I paid extra for the memorial photo so she would have a halo on her head I received my artwork after a month, the one portrait was missing the halo and the other had a cracked frame and looked nothing like him. For context both of my dogs are fawn english bulldogs (white with light brown spots- but no spots are on their face). The male dog had a massive black patch on his eye which he does not have and is not in the photo I sent them. I emailed them because my family will now not have a Christmas gift, they haven’t answered my emails in over a week and have not sent me the artwork they promised within 3 days of the claim. It is frustrating, they took $200 of my money and didn’t send me what I paid for and are doing nothing to rectify it. Yet I receive about 6 marketing emails a day from them trying to get me to place more orders. Spend your money elsewhere, this place is not worth it.

On the website, the faces of the dogs looked like photos. What I received looks like some generic, computer generated, cheap picture. It doesn't look like our dog, it just looks like any boxer. I ordered it as a gift for my son, but I'm embarrassed to give it to him. You'd be much better off printing your own picture. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I did not receive the product I paid for. I was advised that I would receive my portrait. I received the portrait when I open my package. It was not the product that was requested or the picture that was requested. It doesn’t even look like the dog not even similar to the dog.
