The picture came out a little off and I’d ask for the collars to be in the pic with the cats but it was not on there.

I was a little disappointed in the portrait. My dog has a little white spot on her forehead and you could see it in the picture I sent but it didn't show up in the finished product. The mug that was sent was pretty disappointing too. The portrait looks smudged, like it didn't finish drying before they went on to the next step. I made a second order for my friend's bridal shower so I hope that one changes my mind!

This portrait is not has detailed as one I had made last year. This one looks very amateur. Honestly pretty disappointed.

Meh, kind of under whelming for the price. Color of the dog is much lighter and doesn't represent him well.

This third portrait I ordered did not come out like the previous two. The coloring was off and blurry, lack of detail in comparison to the first two. And I requested a pink collar and it came without any at all. It’s a gift for a family remember or else I’d just let it go, but it’s disappointing it didn’t come out like the first two (that came out sooo good). Thank you for your time with this.

I received my pet portraits yesterday and I’m not very happy with how one of them turned out. A few months ago, I purchased my first pet portrait from you guys after my family dog passed away. I was blown away by the portrait. It was beautiful. My family loved it so much that my mother asked for the same one for Christmas. I uploaded the same picture I used for mine and they turned out totally different. The difference in the quality is clear. The one I ordered a few months ago has tons of detail in the portrait. The one I ordered for my mother has no detail at all. A representative emailed me back about my concern and told me the artists are making edits and she would send me a proof of the new design before printing it. I then realized I was sent two "Gracie" portraits when I was supposed to have two "Tucker" portraits. I went back to check my order and I definitely ordered two "Tucker" portraits. I have emailed the representative about 3 times trying to tell her I have another problem. I haven't received a response. Can I please have another "Tucker" portrait sent to me? I really loved the company at first and was planning on ordering more portraits. I don't know if I will anymore. Please let me know what my options are.

While I really appreciate the replacement provided the quality just does not meet the price. I had another portrait done on Etsy for a quarter of the price and it was significantly higher quality.

Digital copy was not available even tho i paid forgot.
