West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Really easy to navigate and order. I haven’t received the items yet - but I know I’ll enjoy them - thanks

Very talented and professional!

Great site! Easy to navigate with lots of options.

This is my 2nd order from West & Willow. And like the first time, the purchase/order process was great.

It was easy to navigate the website and order. I received a response to a question quickly. My sister placed an order before me and received it very quickly and is super cute!

Photo is extremely cute! I brought it to work to show my coworkers. Now they want to order one of their pets. I bought this for my son for Christmas. He got a black lab puppy - Kenai. When I received the order, I noticed the tag on her collar said Kenzi instead of Kenai. I sent an email immediately. West & Willow responded prompt. They work with you and care for their customers! They are making another one and I will receive it in time for Christmas! <3

Their customer service is on point! I appreciate how attentive they were!

I had a misprint, they fixed without any trouble. Thank you for being so accommodating. everything looks great
