West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

This was absolutely amazing, the company was amazing, I had some concerns and they reached out IMMEDIATELY to help me. The pictures turned out amazing. I love it and will forever cherish it. Thank you all so much for this.

This was the second time I purchased a portrait from your company. I wasn’t completely happy with the first picture you sent. After corresponding with your company, you completely corrected the issue.

Very great and simple.

After putting in my picture I was left wondering until it arrived. Since the cat was a black cat short hair I was just thinking how is the artist going to make this look good but they did. She looked great in the picture and it was a awesome surprise. I highly recommend this if you got someone who has a pet they love.

I received my order quickly and the picture looked exactly like my dog! I thought it came out so good I ordered another one as a Christmas gift! I just wish the customer was able to view the picture before sending it out incase corrections need to be made. Thanks again! Great company to do business with

FUN PRODUCTS AND EASY ACCES TO CREATE SUCH A PERONAL GIFT

I enjoy that there are options to choose from, but not too many. For those of us that could stare at a selection for ages, this really helps alleviate that issue. It was also really easy to upload a photo and understand the criteria of what works and what doesn't. My only feature request: I do wish I could upload more than one photo so that way if the first photo doesn't meet the criteria, adding another can get the full effect.

The site was easy to use. I had customer service needs and the customer service rep was quick and helpful. I’m still waiting for the finished product but I’m excited to see the outcome!
