I ordered 4 different orders and only received 3 of them. I was charged for all four. Your customer service rep sent me the tracking information and the tracking states that it was delivered but I never received it. I would like my money back for the fourth package that is missing (order #247717).

I placed my order on 11/26 for a Christmas gift and had to check on Tuesday to see if it was going to be here and it’s not. I placed it with enough time according to the 100 text and email you have sent saying it was there was still time to order. Very disappointed.

Didn’t actually get the mug I wanted because of unclear website. Wish you made it clear you had to buy a portrait first since the mug came up on Google with no warning I couldn’t get the mug first.

It's been almost a month and they haven't shipped anything. There were no updates, I had to reach out to them to figure out what's going on. I am told another 3-5 days before it's even ready to be shipped.

I love the product but the process of ordering and website are outdated and not the most friendly to use. I almost gave up. I used multiple browsers and kept running into issues while ordering, I had friends that had the same problem. I wish you could see what your selections were before ordering rather than remembering the background/frame/picture that was chosen to confirm it's correct. Multiple times my cart was messed up and had something I didn't want to order in there. The promo code was not automatic. The whole process was pretty bad compared to other websites and carts out there. The company should look into working with a good web design company to help them.
