Love these items! Excellent quality!! Shipped very quickly!

I am so happy with the service that I’ve experienced so far. After I placed an order I realized that I ordered the wrong size. I sent an email asking if I could change the order to the size that I was interested in. The customer service was exceptional. They took care of my issue quickly. The ease of making the change was remarkable. I am so excited to receive my order. Thank you!!

Ease of ordering process. Site is user friendly.

I had an order with multiple products with multiple dogs. The website did not have a place to enter the dog info for an item, I had placed an order anyway. The customer support team member Caterine emailed me right away to ask which dog I wanted it on the item. I was afraid they would just pick a random dog but I am so glad they had reached out. She was very nice and included a personal touch in the email which made me feel good. I am really thankful that she had reached out instead of just assuming and picking one of the 4. Thank you!

I was overwhelmed with happiness when I opened up the frame. We truly love having our dog on our wall!!!

i decided i wanted a digital copy of my portrait and they were so quick and easy! they send me an invoice and now i'm just waiting on the file!

Easy upload and personalization!

Our first order arrived and I love it so much I plan to order one for every pet of ours that’s crossed the rainbow bridge. This is such a beautiful gift.
