I ws searching for something for Christmas for a dear cousin that just lost her pet. I stumbled upon West & Willow and immediately knew this was exactly what I was looking for! I just ordered the framed picture and we will see how everything turns out.

The picture was so cute! My dog was in a costume and I thought it would be removed like the collar but it was drawn in and it’s so cute and funny to have.

Thank you, Ralph, for holding my hand along the path of remaking a mug for my daughter. Your tenacity, professionalism and kindness made the process so enjoyable. I'm quite certain she will treasure this mug forever. You are the perfect ambassador for the site.
