I gave a 4 because my original order was not what I expected. The picture was of a dog who was black/grey/white but her portrait came all brown. However the customer service was great and they fixed it up nicely for me.

Great shopping experience overall. User-friendly and simple choices to make a purchase. It would be 5 stars, except after selecting a portrait and a digital download, I decided to make a change to the background color of the portrait. When I was done and checked out, I realized my digital download selection wasn't retained (I guess because I went back to edit the portrait). This should be a simple fix to implement.
