This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had ordering a custom photo. It's so bad I could cry. Will never recommend. Photo came bent and rolled, like why can it not ship in a flat envelope? The photo was so small and didn't even take up a third of the page - so much white space - it was just awful. Awful awful awful. Very misleading and not as expected. Don't waste your money. Use a company that will let you preview your order and offer refunds. This place is just awful.

Paid extra to have it shipped by Christmas. Had a very disappointed little girl when it did not come by Christmas and they did nothing to remedy it. Just continued to send me the tracking information showing it will arrive 2 days later. Very disappointed with customer service. Not sure what the product will look like since I still have not received it.

After finally getting the redone version of the pic of our dog, the mug arrived smashed, the replacement mug has a very grainy pic that isn’t even properly centred on the mug. The new version of the framed print is cute, but the frame itself is poor quality and is coming apart in the corners. Now I have to go out and buy a new frame. I give up 🤷♀️. This company doesn’t understand what the words quality control mean. Save your money, or just invest a few dollars in an app from the AppStore that will transform your photo for you and print it yourself. It will ultimately save you time and you will get what you want with less disappointment.
