Very easy to understand and order.

Recommended by a friend. The creations are so good and give a lot of joy.

Cute, easy, meaningful gift idea

The entire process was easy and went smoothly. The products turned out amazing and I’m very happy with my purchases. Customer service is incredibly helpful and quick to respond.

I selected digital download at checkout however it did not go through with my purchase when I completed it. I worked with Jane and she was SO kind, and efficient. She sent me an invoice for the download and I was able to purchase it later. I was so sad when I realized it didn't initially process, so I thought it wasn't an option to get the digital copy! This was such an easy and great experience. I am so thankful for the great customer service at West & Willow!

I received my portrait yesterday and I absolutely love it! I could not be happier. It turned out even better than I expected.

Great simple instructions to follow along..thank you!!

Waiting on the final product.!I’ll see how it works out
