Great gift. Would definitely purchase again

Great pet photo options!

I messed up on an order and wanted the download file. I emailed support and got such a fast response and the women helping me was SO kind. She got my download to me in less than 30 min of my initial email. Talk about FAST customer service. I also absolutely loved my photo that West and Willow created. 10/10 recommend!

Second year using you guys! You’re the best

West and Willow made it very easy to order. When my portrait arrived, I loved it except my cat’s eyes were the wrong colour. I filled out their form online and within days they had a new portrait for me to look at. I would highly recommend this company.

Great customer service and quick work

super easy to use your website.

I absolutely love the West & Willow pet prints! I placed an order for several prints as family Christmas gifts. When I received the order I had a frame damaged in shipping and an issue with the other frames used. West & Willow immediately addressed all of the problems and has already reshipped replacement pictures! I couldn’t be happier!
