You did exactly what I ordered
You did exactly what I ordered, I just didn't realize it would be only 8 x 10. I will keep it obviously, but like to reorder is it can be bigger, like 11 x14

Great portrait and better customer service
Didn’t get the look I wanted the first time but the customer service was just so incredible. They worked with me to get the look i wanted and I love it!

West and Willow’s customer service is excellent
I had a great experience a few years ago ordering portraits of my dogs from West and Willow, so this time I decided to order a Custom Embroidered Pet Crewneck and Hat. At first, I wasn’t completely satisfied with the result, but when I asked for a revision, West and Willow was more than happy to redo the work, and the final outcome was fantastic. Communication with their customer service team was incredibly easy, and I was really impressed with how attentive they were to my feedback. I truly appreciate West and Willow’s professionalism and dedication, and I just want to say thank you for the wonderful service.

The coffee mug is Absolutely beautiful…
The coffee mug is Absolutely beautiful and looks like my dog. The box was damaged in shipment when arrived but luckily the coffee mug was ok.🙏
