Site was easy to use, but for the price I wish they allowed even minor customizations. For example, my dog on the left passed away so it would have been awesome if you guys allowed a halo to be added or something..just something personal instead of just saying NO go any personalization.

It would have been more convenient to put two portraits on one order. Quicker process and free shipping. A preview of the portrait would have been really great to see in case you want to adjust anything.

Hi Julie, You can add multiple portraits per order. Also, as of the moment, we don't have a system set up for preview yet. We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations.

Edited: west and Willow did reach out and resolve this issue. They sent me the digital copy with no charge. Updated to four stars since they took the time to fix it but not 5 since I had to go to great lengths to get it resolved. Issue not resolved. Very penny pincher company unwilling to send a digital copy without charge. They advertised it as free but don’t allow more than one promo code and force the customer to choose which of their advertisements they select.

I really love the product!! It's such a great gift and this is my second purchase. My only issue - you send WAYYY too many emails / texts / follow-ups for sales. It's really irritating and it's to the point that I almost didn't make my second purchase. But, the quality of the product and how happy it made my friend was my driving factor. Please, for the sake of your own business, please cut down on how many emails / texts you send.

Product looks beautiful and can’t wait to give as a gift. Shipping price pretty outrageous for a 12 x 16 poster without a frame at $21.00! Honestly would not have purchased without Black Friday discount. Also, the amount of ads/“offers”/sign-up requests after purchase were off putting

I chose 4 because everything went great from a customer perspective. However, I was unsure of whether or not my picture met certain standards. I would have appreciated a confirmation that my selected picture was up to your standards.
