This rating is based simply on my opinion of ordering from the website. I love your final product, but found part of the ordering process a bit frustrating. 1 - I tried uploading a photoshop file (.psd) and .tiff file but neither would work. The JPEG file went through just fine. Perhaps clients can upload their files after the checkout process if possible so the file upload does not hold them back. Either via email or FTP. 2 - I accidently had too many items in my final cart, but could not find a place to delete multiple products. Perhaps I missed it, but that was very frustrating...so I had to start the whole process over. If it was there, it did not seem intuitive. Thank you so much and very much looking forward to the picture of our pup!

Hard to rate this experience just yet, because I have yet to receive my product. However, I was expecting a Proof before my order was processed as I believe I read that would happen and it never did. If I misread, then okay but I wish there was a proof to okay before my order shipped. Hope it's okay.

I love the products that the company makes but I don't like not getting to see a proof before it's mailed. This is for a present and I am hoping it looks like the animals and names are spelled correctly but I have no idea unless the recipient sends me a picture.

I ordered my print without a frame. It was creased and wrinkled when it arrived. Disappointing to pay this much for a product and it not arrive in tip-top shape. This is for a present so I hope it will look presentable by Christmas.

I ordered 2 pics, one of each of my dogs. I am beyond thrilled with how one of them turned out. But my other one is a brown/red doodle, and the pic that we received shows her as a very very light brown, almost white. I choose the white background for her so that she would pop with her brown/red coloring. I was also disappointed that I paid for shipping for each picture but they were shipped in the same container. (They were posters). Overall, the quality is very nice. Just disappointed that the color wasn’t captured accurately.
