My first delivery was lost and didn't arrive before XMas. Wasn't recognized by service for 2 weeks after multiple inquiries.

I always appreciate good customer service but I will not give more than 1 star because it should be a given that a company provides great customer service right? In all honesty, I'd recommend using a company that provides proof before shipment. Who thought it was a bright idea to not provide proof before shipping out all products? I know you advertise its supposedly to ship out faster. However, makes absolutely NO sense and seems outdated. Considering my experience, I doubt most customers will be ok with the first draft. My dog is 6 months old and you guys made him look like an old distinguished gentleman/ alien hybrid. You guys also sized my dog so small, you can see more of the background than his image. This company is wasting time and materials by shipping products on a whim and hoping ppl will like the end result. Additionally, the process isn't eco friendly. I threw my entire order in the trash. It was an unfortunate waste of mugs and canvas. Im also not about to go back and forth through mail getting my order fixed like we are penpals from the 1800s. Me waiting for the horse and carriage to arrive with my product(s) so I can see the "proof" in person. I will have to just take the loss but I definitely will not order from here again.

We had ordered from this company before and were completely satisfied, so when my daughter got a new dog, I wanted to get another to match her existing ones of the new pet! Ordered plenty early in October so it would arrive in time for Christmas, when it arrived, I peeked at the photo and wrapped it up, when she opened on Christmas morning the frame was warped and cracked. Customer service stated because my order was over 60 days they wouldn't do anything! I was only asking for the frame to be repaired or replaced. Most companies take into account the holidays and gifting.

Stop sending constant emails.. especially when you’ve not delivered anything yet

It has arrived broken. Am I gonna be able to get this mug repaired or a new one?

We had a typo on the name of our dog and there was no preview prior to production. We are left with a pricey framed picture with no recourse. They offered a 30% discount which is not a good solution. There are other companies who will make the effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

I am beyond DISAPPOINTED! I haven’t received my order that I placed and paid for in full on Dec 2, 2023. I’m beginning to think that I have been scammed by this Company!!!

Background color was incorrect and name was spelled incorrect. Customer Service is awful. They aren’t in a hurry to correct their mistakes. I would suggest not ordering as a gift due lack of effort on their end. Very disappointing.
