West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

What a wonderful experience with the company so far! The checkout process is easy to use and has many options for your use! Thank you West & Willow! Looking forward to our pet portrait!

I’ve ordered a total of two times and I appreciate the customer service. The second portrait turned out not to our liking but they made it right and made it without a hassle. I would recommend West and Willow to anyone.

Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be telling all my friends and family. I will treasure these portraits. Thanks Again!

I cried as soon as I took the picture out of the box. Truly such a precious gift of my girls that I dearly miss.

We were very excited about our print. When it arrived the color of our Honey’s eyes were off and it just didn’t look like her! I contacted customer service and they were quick to edit not only her eye color but also the shape of brows and ears. I quickly received a sample and later a new print. Thank you!

The original portrait I received didn’t match my cat’s eyes very well. West & Willow offered to do a new portrait at no cost, and sent me a proof to view and approve before printing the new one. Excellent job at making things right!
