I bought the framed print of my daughters dog and the image of the dog was so perfect. My only problem was that the top of the print was wrinkled. I contacted customer support and they sent me another one that was nice and smooth without any problem and it came quickly. Very impressed. Ordered one of my sons dogs too after such a good experience.
